The Robber

A woman, desperate to save her dying husband, makes a fatal mistake.

This is a story that my cast members and I came up with to comment on America's healthcare system. People are driven to extraordinary measures just to get the care they deserve in order to save their lives and of those they care about. My goal was to create a movie that looks at the flaws in the U.S. medical insurance system while also providing an exciting crime/thriller with a twist ending.

Below is the story of Shane Patrick Boyle who passed away due to a lack in enough contributions on his GoFundMe account to pay for the insulin he needed to save his life.

Below is the infamous story of how EpiPen cornered the market and drove the price of the life saving medicine from less than $100 to over $600.
